1967年、山口県岩国市生まれ。徳山工業高等専門学校 機械電気工学科卒業後、1988年に松下電工株式会社へ入社。2012年にパナソニック株式会社へ、2022年にパナソニック ハウジングソリューションズ株式会社へ転籍し、常務執行役員などを歴任。
複数の事業場の経営に携わり、組織改革、後継者育成、不採算事業の再建、成長戦略の推進、新規事業の立ち上げなど、幅広い経営課題に取り組む。
現在は大阪府交野市在住。Layered Futures Labを設立し、記憶・文化・産業・感情を重ね合わせた未来志向のプロジェクトを展開。企業経営に直結する戦略コンサルティングを通じ、持続的成長と変革を支援している。
Born in 1967 in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. After graduating from Tokuyama National College of Technology, Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, he joined Matsushita Electric Works in 1988. He later transferred to Panasonic Corporation in 2012, and to Panasonic Housing Solutions Co., Ltd. in 2022, where he served as Executive Officer.
He led the management of multiple business sites, addressing a wide range of challenges including organizational reform, leadership development, business revitalization, growth strategy promotion, and new business creation.
Currently based in Katano City, Osaka Prefecture, he founded Layered Futures Lab, where he drives future-oriented projects that integrate memory, culture, industry, and emotion. Through strategy consulting directly linked to corporate management, he supports sustainable growth and transformation for businesses.
