After graduating from Tokuyama National College of Technology, Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, he joined Matsushita Electric Works in 1988. He later transferred to Panasonic Corporation in 2012, and to Panasonic Housing Solutions Co., Ltd. in 2022, where he served as Executive Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He led the management of multiple business sites, addressing a wide range of challenges including organizational reform, leadership development, business revitalization, growth strategy promotion, and new business creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently based in Katano City, Osaka Prefecture, he founded Layered Futures Lab, where he drives future-oriented projects that integrate memory, culture, industry, and emotion.
